Statements - Statements are mailed from our office on behalf of your practice or facility. The protocols for statements and collections are tailored to your practice or facility specifications.
Payments - As we receive the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and/or payments, this information is added to our database. If further action is required to settle a claim we will do so without hesitation. Each EOB will be audited for correct payment and/or benefits.
Appeals - If a payment or denial has been made incorrectly, we will challenge the insurance companies to receive the correct reimbursement for you.
Reports - We customize our reports to best accommodate your needs.
Fee Schedules - It is vital to have fee schedules with the insurance companies and networks in which you participate, updated and negotiated on a yearly basis. We request these fee schedules and negotiate the pricing on your behalf. Inflation and the cost of living increases on a yearly basis, so should your reimbursement.
